Trust. The attorney-client relationship should be one based on trust. Trust is not given, it is earned over time. Trust is earned through professionalism, honesty, transparency and close relationships, without creating unnecessary expectations. If there is one trait that truly characterizes our firm, it is our commitment to building that trust through integrity, close relationships and the search for mutual benefit.
Transparency. Legal language is complex and can become a barrier in the lawyer-client relationship. We have been working in the corporate world for years and we understand the language of business. Yet we always strive to be clear and transparent with the client. Our academic vocation helps us to make the complex solutions that we are used to managing easily understandable.
Experience. We believe in the value of experience. The practice of law has enriched us personally and professionally over the years and is the main added value that we can bring to the client. We are passionate about training future lawyers in the classroom, but our firm is made up exclusively of the most experienced partners, working in close collaboration with our clients.
Temperance. We are innovative in our solutions. We will fight to the end for our client. The high national and international courts where we have litigated know this. But we also firmly believe in arbitration and the search for fair and effective compromises that can save our clients time and money. Our arbitration experience is recognized internationally.
